Growing up, I was surrounded by amazing hard working women in my family that loved to cook. They were able to take on tasks such as feeding large groups with such ease and I always wanted to do the same! 

After twenty-five years working at different jobs or skilled careers in construction, I broke out of my comfort zone and stepped foot in the kitchen where my roots all started. Today, I’m happier than ever doing something I had no idea could be so rewarding. With the help of a great crew and amazing support from those who believed in me, I’m running the French Creek Pub that makes me more proud every day! Our goal is to bring new and innovative casual pub fare to the community and ensure we are central island’s favorite place to enjoy with friends and family.
